Storybook Character Day!

At school, about a month ago, my son had to dress up as a storybook character. He decided that he wanted to be Shadow the Hedgehog. We looked him up and although he isn't technically a storybook character, there are comic books with him in them. So mommy stayed up all night with the hot glue gun in hand! I used felt and felt, more felt, a black t-shirt, my old winter hat (that wasn't the perfect choice, but all we had on hand), and this stuff called Foamtastic.
